Peanut Butter Cookies

These yummy cookies are wheat and diary free, infact they have no flour at all! It's alway excitting to find recipies for people like me with food alergies!

1 cup Peanut Butter, (I like to use smooth and light)

3/4 cup of granulated sugar, (to make them a little less sweet and healthier you can use 1/2 cup)

1 egg

tsp of Vanilla (optional, sometimes I even make it 1 tbsp)

for variety one can add chocolate chips, nuts ect.

preheat oven to 350 and bake for aprox 8 min. keep an eye on them though because even though they look non-crunchy when pulled out of the oven, when they cool the texture changes a bit and they dont do well being over-cooked!

Enjoy!

I need these shoes!

A recent trip to Betsey Johnson, also know as heaven for all things pretty, sparkly and fabulously over the top amazing, left me in wonder over a pair of stiletto sandals.
This is a common problem with me, but since not previously mentioned I do have quite an obsessive love for shoes (and all fashion for that matter) but shoes esspecially!
These lovely sandals are so unique, not quite like anything I own, versatile as hell, great fro summer with shorts, skirts and dress, fabulous with all pants from jeans to dress pants and also very chic looking with black tights! stylistly Betsey but witha twist of Balenciaga and a little classic with a hint of Chanel by Karl my hero!
Ivory linen and black patent, and surprisingly sturdy compared to the other Betsey heals I own, I think they are truly fabulous! The one disapointment is they are still at the store! But after reveiwing them to be the perfect adition to my wardrobe and massive shoe colection, I am on the path to save for them and hopefully they wont sell out too soon!
Luckly I didn't leave totally empty handed, A new dress and shrug/wrap from her 'vintage' collection found their way into my home! A post on that outfit sometime to follow.

Collage Trees

I started playing around with various Trees a while ago and the Collage Trees were one of the many fun projects I've made and trees in general have turned into a long and productive creative idea for my art.
I first began with an acrylic background on canvas then cut various papers to desired shapes and sizes, then aranged them to my liking.

I've done various versions of the Trees in many colors, sized and with all kinds of paper and paint. On canvas and most recently cards. I thought I'd make them my first post because they really helped my find a topic with my art which I continue to try new things with and still enjoy. I hope you do as well!
